On the 06th of July 1972, Padala Srinivas was born to the couple Mr&Mrs Padala Chandram and raised in the village of M.Turkapally in Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri District in the Indian State of Telangana.

In 1987, Padala Srinivas received his Secondary School Certificate from Government High School located at M.Turkapally and completed his Intermediate course from Government Junior College at Bhongir in 1989.

He attained his graduation of B.Ed from Gulbarga University in Karnataka in 1993.
