Durg. The city police claimed to have arrested four suspects who had brutally killed a jeweller at Amleswar in Durg on thursday. All 4 suspects were nabbed from Banaras.
The suspects are identified as Saurabh Kumar(24) Gaya, Bihar, Abhay kumar Bharti (18) Dhanpur, U.P, Alok yadav ( 18) and Abhishek Jha residents of Bihar. The police Nabbed All four of them from Banaras While they were on Run.

'SP Abhishek Pallav in a press meet today said a tip-off was received that criminals involved in murder and robbery were present near Banaras. A joint team conducted operation and nabbed the suspects. He said with their arrest, the murder case of jeweller Surendra kumar Soni is now solved by the Team. The motorcycle used in the crime was recovered from Raipur on thursday evening, The police also recovered a car from the suspects. The Amleshwar police will reveal more information about the arrests soon.'the official further said.
The incident took place around 1:30 pm on Thursday when Surednra Soni (52) was alone in his shop in Amleshwar town, Durg Superintendent of Police Abhishek Pallava said.
The two men, who came on motorcycle, entered Samriddhi Jewellers as customers and asked Soni to show some jewels. When he did that, they shot him with a country-made pistol and ran away with cash and jewellery.
