बिहार में एसआईआर पर मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त ज्ञानेश कुमार ने कहा, "... एसआईआर के बाद अंतिम मतदाता सूची सभी राजनीतिक दलों को दे दी गई है। नामांकन दाखिल करने की तिथि के बाद जारी होने वाली मतदाता सूची अंतिम होगी।"
